Decent work and economic growth

  • ILO Convention No. 94 applies to our subcontracting contracts. The subcontractor commits to ensuring that the employees engaged by the subcontractor or its subcontractors in Denmark for the execution of the contract have wage and employment conditions no less favourable than those prevailing in the locality where the work is carried out.

  • We recognise employees' right to organise. We do not accept social dumping and underpaid labour. We expect all employees associated with our construction projects to be covered by Danish collective agreements, and that these agreements are adhered to in practice.

  • It is a fundamental requirement that we always operate within the framework of the law and international conventions. All DS Flexhal employees must, at a minimum, respect and comply with competition rules, environmental legislation, labour market legislation, safety requirements, and other provisions that constitute the framework for our business in all the countries where we operate.

  • We do not accept child labour as defined in the relevant ILO conventions. If national legislation in a given country stipulates a higher minimum age for access to employment and work, this will apply to our activities.

  • We aim to contribute to a healthy, democratic, and competitive development of both Danish and foreign societies. We do not allow any form of price collusion, cartel formation, or abuse of market dominance. We always act in accordance with applicable competition laws. We will not offer or accept any form of bribery.
