Pressure-resistant concrete wall

DS Pressure-Resistant Walls can be used as complete facades or as interior walls. DS Pressure-Resistant Walls are concrete elements that have been dimensioned to be able to absorb particularly high pressure. That is why these walls are ideal for storage facilities for corn, fertiliser, grain and other types of bulk items.

DS Pressure-Resistant Walls are supplied as complete elements. The advantage with these elements is that they have a crossbar shape design and are able to absorb pressure on their own. This means they optimise the load-bearing components in a roof structure.

DS Pressure-Resistant Walls from DS Elcobyg are supplied with an exposed aggregate surface, coloured finishes and a grey surface.

Thickness: 150–500 mm
Size: All sizes, up to 4000 x 12000 mm
Concrete strengths: 25, 30, 35 and 40 MPa
Danish environmental classes: Passive, moderate and aggressive
Calculation: Elements are included in the calculation with pressure from one side or both sides. They include protruding dowel bars for embedment in the floor.

Mould base/sides: Supplied as smooth (BO-22)
Top side: Supplied as rough finish, with masonry ties
