DS Flexhal Headquarters

DS Flexhal's own residence is a rectangular longhouse, spanning two stories above ground with a full basement, totalling 1,900 square meters. 

Focus on employee well-being

In our new extension, we have centralised a core area with stairs, an elevator, restrooms, and conduits for vertical, technical installations in the centre of the building. This space also houses our impressive reception area. 

The remaining areas can be flexibly arranged as large open-plan offices and/or individual offices along the exterior walls, with the option for a central core in the middle of the building for smaller meeting rooms, technical rooms, or, as we have done here, a cozy lounge area for social employee activities. 

The facades are constructed with load-bearing concrete sandwich panels, extending from the basement floor to the parapet. The internal width matches the maximum clear span of a typical concrete hollow-core slab (14.4 meters), allowing for a completely flexible layout.

Consistent design with existing headquarters

The new wing, approximately 1,500 square meters, is constructed on two levels and seamlessly connected to the existing building through a new entrance for DS Flexhal.
