Som en del af et internationalt trainee-samarbejde med GOLDBECK har vi fornøjelsen af at byde Mauritz Renz velkommen til DS Flexhal! Mauritz skal være hos os de næste fire måneder, hvor han skal arbejde tæt sammen med projektdirektør Morten Kragelund og resten af teamet omkring byggeriet for Everllence i Roskilde.

“Jeg synes, det bliver spændende at dykke ned i, hvordan tingene ligner hinanden - og adskiller sig - mellem landene og mellem DS og GOLDBECK. Jeg glæder mig også til at få et bedre indblik i, hvordan man griber projektledelsen an i så stort et projekt, og ikke mindst til at arbejde sammen med holdet her,” fortæller Mauritz.

Nogle af de opgaver, som Mauritz kommer omkring, omhandler projektøkonomi, kommunikation og planlægning. Han har tidligere arbejdet med byggeledelse i München og projektplanlægning i Hirschberg, også som en del af trainee-forløbet ved GOLDBECK.

I sin fritid holder Mauritz af at spille tennis, men efter ankomsten til Danmark har han hurtigt byttet ketsjeren ud med et bat, så han kan spille med på padelbanerne.

🇬🇧 Mauritz has traded in the tennis racket for a padel bat here in Denmark 🎾

As part of an international trainee collaboration with GOLDBECK, we’re delighted to welcome Mauritz Renz to DS Flexhal! Over the next four months, he’ll be working closely with Project Director Morten Kragelund and the rest of the team on the Everllence project in Roskilde.

“I’m really looking forward to exploring how things are both similar and different between the countries, and between DS and GOLDBECK. I’m also excited to gain a deeper understanding of how project management is approached in such a large-scale project and, of course, to work together with the team here,” says Mauritz.

Some of the areas Mauritz will be involved in include project finance, communication, and planning. He has previously worked in construction management in Munich and planning management in Hirschberg, also as part of the GOLDBECK trainee program.

Mauritz enjoys playing tennis in his spare time – but since arriving in Denmark, he’s quickly swapped the racket for a bat to join in on the padel courts.
